MCF model manipulators
They are manipulators with rope lifting principle particularly appreciated for their flexibility and manageability. In the column version, the manipulator allows the movement of objects with center of gravity in axis and in a rapid and repetitive way.
The working radius can vary from 2 to 3 Mt depending on the size of the area to be covered. The vertical excursion is calibrated according to the customer's needs and can have a stroke of 2200mm.
The machine is supplied with a brake on the first axis and a brake on the second axis, normally closed to guarantee, in the event of a lack of pressure, its locking in the rest position.
The machine is equipped with an on-board storage tank included in the terminal arm and guarantees the deposit of the raised object even in the event of a sudden absence of the supply pressure.
A series of accessories designed for this type of machine means that they are best exploited in the production areas dedicated to packaging or sequencing.
The machines can be fixed to the ground or on a trailerable base to be positioned in strategic points for the need.
All our machines are born from a careful 3D design that allows to verify the correct geometry of the same in relation to the layout provided or detected directly by the customer. Thanks to computer-generated simulations it is possible to have a preview of the movements that the machine will be able to perform and guarantee a perfect result in terms of ergonomics and operation. SAFETY All the machines we produce adopt safety systems developed to prevent the operator from being exposed to risks during the handling of loads. According to the system adopted for gripping the components, there are different types of connections in the pneumatic circuit in order to make the machine safe and reliable.
